Surface Specialists of Iowa was started in 1994.  Scott Frank, the current owner, was in the construction and landscaping business for over 13 years before purchasing the company from the previous owners in 1999.  He brings a lot of business experience to the company he now owns.  Customer service has always been #1 with Scott.
