Pete & Jaclyn Sluka became the owners of the Orlando and Titusville, Florida franchises in July 2003. Prior to becoming franchisees, they had the privilege to work and train with Dan Kaplan, owner and operator of the largest Surface Specialists franchise in the country, and also the franchisor of Surface Specialists Systems, Inc.
Pete was a technician for three years at the Matthews, NC franchise. During that time, he became an expert at performing all types of field repairs. Jaclyn was an assistant in the office at Matthews for a year and a half and had the opportunity to learn all the office procedures necessary to operate their business. She also brings over ten years prior experience with customer service to their operation.
