Bob and Marsha Murphy are the owners of Surface Specialists of North Mankato, Minnesota. The franchise was originally started in 1991 and purchased by Bob and Marsha in August 1992. In 1995, they expanded their service area by adding their second franchise for the Rochester area. Bob began his career as a repair technician with Surface Specialists Systems Corporate office for approximately 4 years prior to purchasing the North Mankato franchise. Marsha has been actively involved with the office functions of the franchise from the onset.
