Mark Anderson has been involved with Surface Specialists franchises since 1988 and is the proud owner of Surface Specialists Mid-Minnesota. He is offering bathtub refinishing and repair services to the cities surrounding St. Cloud, Alexandria, Willmar and Hutchinson in Minnesota and has offices in both Kimball and St. Cloud. All of our refinishing projects include a textured bottom and the removal of the old drain, overflow and faucet fixtures for a complete professional job. Some of our competitors tape off the drain and install a drain inserts over the existing drain. This is usually the first spot of failure in their finish due to water getting trapped around the drain edge and seeping under the coating where the edge is unsealed. This causes peeling of their finish. Our process prevents this from happening. Their drain insert also makes cleaning clogged drains hard to clear. We will install an actual lift and turn drain and overflow assembly if desired.
