I can't thank you enough for the terrific job you did repairing the bathtub in my soon-to-be new home. Nobody can believe that anything ever happened to the tub in the first place. It is in perfect condition and even I can't tell where you worked your "magic". Thank you for being such a delight to work with. You set me at ease from our first phone conversation and I've never felt better about spending $75. In follow up to our telephone conversation, please accept this letter as a quality statement, and/or referral for business. I am directing a nationwide network of technicians, to effect repairs on a Private Label line of jetted tubs. These tubs are being marketed by Ferguson Branches (916) throughout the USA, under our flagship labels PROFLO and MIRABELLE. It is for this reason that I have sought-out Quality organizations to do repairs either in the Finish or Mechanical areas involving warranty and non-warranty scenarios, and to this date I have nothing but praise for the work performed by your franchisees! I want to thank you for the prompt service and the warranty on your bathtubs. I could not let our service slip by without telling you about it. Both Seth and Steve Streifel were courteous and very clean. They took their shoes off and were very professional. When Steve came to do the work, he first introduced himself and went right to work. He never took a break and was very protective of our bathroom and our decor. Our tub looks beautiful. I had to let you know, you can be proud of your workers who represent your company.
It was a real pleasure working with Steve on our repair. He was a true professional and craftsman. Stepping into the shower now feels just like it should. I know that you are probably not looking for more business in New Hampshire (He traveled from Michigan to perform the repair), but we would certainly recommend you to anyone who asks. Won't you please commend Marie Hostetler for her pleasant and efficient handling of complaints and inquiries? Ms. Hostetler was most courteous and helpful in getting my tub resurfaced. Incidentally, hats off to Cindi Buck of Surface Specialists of Stone Mountain, GA for being on time, doing a super job and leaving my home clean. These ladies reflect Jacuzzi and it's policies - what a nice reflection that they give. Please commend them.
My neighbor came over and looked at our kitchen counters that you recently refinished and she let out a big sigh. She just spent over $4k on granite counters and isn't as satisfied. She doesn't like the upkeep of sealing them each year and seeing all the spots and dust specks visible in the glossy surface. While we are very happy with our counters!
Surface Specialists of Charleston gave my a quote to refinish my kitchen sink. When the technician arrived he said he could just polish and get the finish back to looking good and did he ever! It looks great, the cost was half the cost for refinishing and he did a great job! I called the company to tell them how happy I was and found out technician is paid on commission so he could have made more money had he just gone ahead and refinished. Good company and employees like Dustin are hard to find. I hope they appreciate what they have in him! Would definitely recommend this company.
